Living in Avery Ranch is much like living in a resort. With 5 community centers featuring pools, sport courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball and basketball courts you can have a fun, active day without every leaving your neighborhood.

The Avery Ranch golf club is Austin’s premier 18 hole daily fee golf course. The course earned a “Best Places to Play” distinction by Golf Digest with its rolling hills and meandering streams. Avery Ranch golf club is a great test for many players but also features several fun risk/reward holes to make for an enjoyable round with friends.

Adjacent to Avery Ranch and accessible by neighborhood trailheads is Brushy Creek Trail. This trail is 6.75 miles and popular with hikers, runners and cyclists. Along the trail are several parks with picnic pavilions, restrooms and fishing docks.

Avery Ranch is located in the City of Austin and positioned between Round Rock and Cedar Park. Surrounded by the Texas Hill County and close to shopping and restaurants.

Within Avery Ranch there are several restaurants including Z’ Tejas, Brooklyn Heights, Tony C’s, The League and Hunan Ranch. Residents are a short drive to high end shopping in The Domain and The Arbroretum. Closer to home is Lakeline Mall, a brand new HEB supermarket, a new Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, 1890 Ranch and a soon to open Costco.

For the kids there are 3 elementary schools located within Avery Ranch as well as pre-school and after school care. Cedar Park Regional Medical Center and Round Rock Medical Center are only minutes away from Avery Ranch. Optometrists, dentists and salons are located in the neighborhood retail shops.
