Homes Sold: Although there were some fluctuations, a total of 108 homes were sold, which is an increase of 18 homes compared to the previous year in most areas.

Pricing Trends: The average price per square foot was $219,000, indicating a modest increase of 1.8%. However, the average and median sales prices experienced slight decreases, with averages at $474,008 and medians at $437,500.

Days on Market: The average time properties spent on the market increased to 82 days, up by 28% from the previous year.
