Adjacent to Avery Ranch and accessible by neighborhood trailheads is Brushy Creek Trail. This trail is 6.75 miles and popular with hikers, runners and cyclists. Along the trail are several parks with picnic pavilions, restrooms and fishing docks.

Avery Ranch is located in the City of Austin and positioned between Round Rock and Cedar Park. Surrounded by the Texas Hill County and close to shopping and restaurants.

Residents are a short drive to high end shopping in The Domain and The Arbroretum. Closer to home is Lakeline Mall, a brand new HEB supermarket, a new Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, 1890 Ranch and a soon to open Costco.
