Have you ever bought a product or service based on promises a salesperson made only to be let down when after you made an agreement the salesperson went away and you were left working with an assistant? How did that make you feel? If you are like me you probably feel like you have been tricked and aren’t getting what you paid for.

One of the reasons so many homeowners have decided to list their home with Kopa Real Estate is because of our personal service. When you hire Kopa Real Estate to get your home sold you get to work with the owners of the company.

Although we have marketing and administrative assistants working for us when it comes to communicating with our company you will have mine of Joyce’s mobile #.  After all, your home sale is very important to you so shouldn’t you feel like you are important to the company you hire?

Here are some of the reasons why so many of your neighbors have trusted Kopa Real Estate to get their home sold.

Head Barber My dad always taught me to wait for the head barber. He taught me it was worth it to wait for the person with experience and expertise. When I started our company it was in part because I wanted to be the head barber. The one our customers can count on to give them great advice.

Don’t Have To Start Over Have you ever called a company, explained your story and then get transferred to someone else only to have to explain your story all over again? That’s so annoying! It’s important for you to know when you list your home with Kopa Real Estate you won’t get passed off to an assistant who isn’t familiar with your situation.

Work With The Person Who Can Say “Yes” Think back to the last time you bought a car. Did the salesperson keep running back to the manager to get approval? What a waste of time. Why not just deal with the manager to save you time and frustration. Within any company there are lots of people who can say “No” but few who can say “Yes.” Make sure when you hire a real estate company you are working with the owner and someone who can say “Yes!”

Promises Made, Promises Kept Promises are easy to make. They are harder to keep when the person who makes the promises isn’t the person doing the work. Often a salesperson will make promises to get a contract signed. When it comes time for the assistant to do the actual work promised the salesperson is long gone and you are left with empty promises. When we sit down to talk with you about your home you can feel confident knowing that what I promise will be delivered because I will look you in the eye and I will be the person making sure the promise is kept.
