1. Someone who loves the neighborhood will represent your home

Wouldn’t it be great to have a Realtor who loves the neighborhood as much as you do answering calls from buyers or talking to possible buyers at your open house? Wouldn’t you like to have someone representing your home that knows where the trailheads are located, how many pools are in the neighborhood, what type of social events occur and who has the best pizza? 2. Your agent will know the schools and school zones

Most people are attracted to Avery Ranch in part because of the excellent schools, in particular the three elementary schools in our neighborhood. Many of those buyers are only interested in homes that feed to one of the elementary schools and will not even consider homes that feed to the other two. In the last couple months I have seen several homes listed with the incorrect elementary school. What that means is many buyers who see the home at first will are probably interested in the incorrect school and buyers who are looking for the correct school won’t even know the home is for sale. I don’t think it’s a coincidence it has taken longer than average for those homes to sell.

3. An Avery Ranch Realtor will know when homes are “Coming Soon.”

Homes in the neighborhood are selling fast, sometimes before they even come on the market. Because we live here, drive through the neighborhoods and know the real estate market in Avery Ranch we will know about a home coming on the market before agents from outside the neighborhood. That will give you an advantage if you are trying to buy a home in he neighborhood. Last week we helped a client buy an east facing home in the Morningside section of the neighborhood that is zoned for Elsa England Elementary in part because he was the first person to see the home.
